Our service is not only about convenience, saving you time and giving you your weekends back, but buying the right property at the right price. Too many times we see distorted emotion override reasonable logic only to leave the buyer out of pocket and stuck with a property that will not provide the enjoyment and long term value that was first sought. A very important aspect of buying property is having your finance appropriately structured, especially if you are an investor. If you are after "bargain buys", the biggest leverage you can have is the ability to write the cheque then and there. Our speciality is buying properties well below the median price of that area and have often purchased that property you see in the Sunday paper as being the "least expensive". If cheap properties are what you are after we can organize pre-approved loans or a facility for you to pay the deposit when we find you that "smoking deal".

We are property investors, licensed real estate agents and can assist you in developing a property accumulation strategy. We can point you in the direction where we think there is value and avail professionals to ad the greatest value to your property for the smallest spend.

It is not only investment property where we can assist. If you are looking for a home to live in we can afford to be a bit more patient and provide you with a short list of properties that match your criteria providing photographs, price comparables, sales history, land size details, what, if any, renovations are required, property value forecasts for the area, recommendations as to what price you should offer amongst many other items of advice. We will of course handle all price negotiations on your behalf.

Our fee is 1.375% of the value of the property or $5,500 (which ever is the greater) and if we are to bid at auction on your behalf, a time in attendance fee will be charged. This price includes providing a short list of properties, negotiating the price and securing it for you. An initial engagement fee of $500 is payable which is part of our total fee; meaning it is not additional to the 1.375%.
